What is NBA Math Hoops?
NBA Math Hoops aims to improve math literacy among urban youth by creating innovative, fun, and effective educational tools that harness the power of the NBA. We are an independent nonprofit organization that has formed unique and ground-breaking partnerships with the National Basketball Association (NBA) and The Hasbro Foundation to create a simulated basketball board game. This game will be used in classrooms across the nation to serve as a supplemental mathematics curriculum.
